DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
Private label development created for your brand. Our team can manage and advise you on the development process of your private label candle brand. Our process is completely customizable. We will work closely with you in assisting with fragrance choices, packaging concepts, and sourcing various options on container types, including candle jars and candle tins. There is a $150 sourcing fee for specific customization. Our minimum is 36 candles per candle scent with a turnaround time of 6-8 weeks.
PRODUCT TESTING
Our extensive in-house testing ensures all elements work to produce clean burning candles. Each candle is hand-poured using a blend of coconut and soy wax with the options for natural cotton wicks or wood wicks. All fragrances are phthalate and paraben free. Additional wax option available.
FRAGRANCES
We can guide you through our collection of 100+ fragrances to help you select the right fragrances for your brand. You can choose between our collection, or we can formulate a scent just for you with our scented development services that consists of blending and layering fragrances to create something custom unique and exclusive to your brand.
SCENT DEVELOPMENT
Our team will work closely with you to create a scent specifically for you. The scent development fee starts at $275 per scent and an additional $150 for each additional scent. This will include formulation fee and up to 5 – 4oz sample variations. Custom blends typically take 2-3 weeks. Additional fees may occur to recreate fragrance across multiple products.
Creation & Production
Once you have selected your fragrance and products, we will begin the production of creating your scented candles. We require a deposit to begin production. Deposit amount will vary based on your customized order. Once production has begun, we will not accept cancellation and all money given is non-refundable.

What is the turnaround time?
For locally sourced products our turnaround time is 4-6 weeks and for more custom design 6-8 weeks.
Is there a scent development fee?
Yes, there is a $275 fee for custom scent blend per fragrance and $150 for additional.
How many revisions are included?
We offer up to 5 revisions per custom scent. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.

How are the products delivered?
Orders can be picked up locally. However, all orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and shipping cost is priced separately. You will receive an invoice for shipping after the project is complete.
